Catalog and purchases
You can browse products, categories, favorites and a shopping bag. The current catalog is a sample: images are conceptual and prices and stock are illustrative. Adding items to the bag does not reserve stock, create an order or charge you. Public checkout and payments are not enabled yet.
Before sales open, actual specifications, availability, final prices, applicable taxes, shipping, delivery times, returns and warranty terms will be provided. Quantity discounts follow each product's tiers. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
Responsible use and content
Unauthorized access, bypassing controls, malicious code and unauthorized use of third-party data or content are prohibited. Administrative accounts are personal and must be protected. Rights in brands, text and assets remain with their respective holders. Illustrative images do not establish the specifications of an actual product.
Availability and complaints
Maintenance, interruptions and errors may occur. Continuous availability or complete absence of faults is not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude JMI's legal responsibilities. Applicable Ecuadorian law governs, without limiting mandatory rules or access to competent authorities.

Data used
No account is needed to browse. Your bag is stored in your browser; remembering favorites and language between visits is optional and depends on your choice. The contact form requests your name or business, email, inquiry type and message; phone is optional. We also receive information you choose to send by email or external channels. Do not send passwords, card numbers, full identity documents or unnecessary sensitive data.
The internal panel may contain customer and transaction data recorded by authorized staff: name, phone, delivery address when relevant, products, quantities, amounts, notes and external payment references. Administrative users and inventory movements are recorded for operations. Infrastructure may process IP addresses, requests and technical logs to provide and protect the service.
Purposes and legal basis
Information is used to respond to inquiries, manage relevant commercial relationships and operations, maintain inventory and protect access. Depending on the case, the basis is requested precontractual steps, contractual performance, legal obligations or specific consent where necessary. Any reliance on legitimate interests requires an assessment of necessity, proportionality and affected rights. An inquiry does not authorize general advertising campaigns.
Without contact details we cannot reply; without necessary delivery details we cannot arrange delivery. Browsing does not require these details. Automated decisions with legal effects on visitors are not implemented.
Providers and recipients
The website is published through Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure, D1 for records and R2 for files. The /contacto form sends messages to FormSubmit for delivery to JMI's Gmail mailbox. These services may process data outside Ecuador; exclusive local hosting is not claimed. You may request information about recipients, locations and applicable safeguards. This notice does not replace required provider contracts or transfer safeguards.
Access is limited to authorized staff for their roles, necessary technical providers and authorities making valid requests. Social and WhatsApp links open external services with their own policies; these links alone do not embed advertising pixels in this store. Concept catalog images do not require sending your data to an AI image generator.
Retention
Data is retained as necessary for the inquiry or commercial relationship. Legal obligations or claims may require retention of specific categories with restricted access. You may request the applicable period or criteria. Indefinite retention of all records or deletion contrary to legal duties is not promised. Browser retention differs from server retention.
Your rights
You may request information, access, correction, updating, deletion, objection, restriction or suspension and portability where applicable, and safeguards concerning automated assessments. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing or other applicable bases. Requests are handled under legal deadlines and requirements with proportionate identity or authority verification, never by asking for passwords.

Data sources and minors
Data may come from you or from staff recording a transaction through JMI channels. Someone acting on your behalf must be authorized to provide your information. This site is not intended to collect information from minors or sensitive data. If such information is received without justification, we will assess deletion or other legally required measures.

Email imporjmi@gmail.com identifying the associated contact and the data you want deleted, such as an inquiry or customer record. Do not include passwords or full identity documents in the first message.
The team reviews requests; opening the email link does not automatically delete anything. We verify identity, authority and scope before acting. If a legal duty requires retention, we explain the reason and period or criteria. Other people's data will not be indiscriminately deleted. Clearing favorites or signing out does not delete server data.
For any rights request, identify the right you wish to exercise, how to contact you and enough context to locate the data. We will request only necessary additional information. If all or part of a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain why and the available complaint routes. You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority without accepting optional cookies.

The website uses HTTPS. The panel requires authentication and checks access server-side. Passwords are checked using derived hashes, not stored in readable form; sessions expire and login attempts are limited. Write operations check request origin, and file uploads are validated by type and size.
These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security, freedom from incidents or certified compliance. This version does not request card numbers or process store payments.
Report suspected incidents to imporjmi@gmail.com with the page, date and a description without third-party data or secrets. Do not access other accounts or alter information. The team must assess scope, contain the issue and make legally required notifications. Round-the-clock monitoring or response is not promised.
